Immunization Schedule: The Minnesota Department of Health’s schedule of recommended childhood immunizations (pdf version). Vaccinations are only accomplished with the consent of parents/guardians. Some parents choose to follow a different vaccination schedule or choose not to vaccinate at all. Those requests will be honored. Please visit with your provider if you have concerns.
