Medical Clinic—Lonsdale is a service of Northfield
Hospital & Clinics. The clinic is staffed by a team of family
practice physicians who provide a full range of primary
care services. In addition, we offer selected specialty
services, such as OB/GYN and orthopedics. River Valley
Vision Centers also has an on-site presence, offering
optometry, ophthalmology and retail eyewear services.
We accept all major health insurance
plans. Should referral to more specialized
care be necessary, we will honor your preferences
and insurance requirements.
FamilyHealth Medical Clinic—Lonsdale
was the first of four locations of FamilyHealth Medical Clinic. There are also
clinics available in Northfield and Farmington and Lakeville.
This regional approach is designed
to extend primary care services throughout the
area and provide the patient base necessary to
develop important specialty practices, such as cardiology and oncology,
and make them more accessible to area residents.
Other clinics of Northfield Hospital & Clinics include Northfield Eye Physicians & Surgeons, Orthopedic & Fracture Clinic, and the Women's Health Center. Physical therapy and rehabilitation services are available at the Center for Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation (with locations in Northfield and Lakeville) and Children's Therapy & Speech.
