FamilyHealth Medical Clinic—Lakeville is a service of Northfield Hospital & Clinics. Most physician services are provided by Cannon Valley Clinic–Mayo Health System. Our health services team includes physicians who practice family medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, OB/GYN, orthopedics and general surgery consultation.

We accept all major health insurance plans. Should referral to more specialized care be necessary, we will honor your preferences and insurance requirements.

FamilyHealth—Lakeville is one of four locations of FamilyHealth Medical Clinic. There are also clinics available in Farmington, Northfield and Lonsdale.

This regional approach is designed to extend primary care services throughout the area and provide the patient base necessary to develop important specialty practices, such as cardiology and oncology, and make them more accessible to area residents.
