Welcome to FamilyHealth Medical Clinic– Farmington. We are pleased to offer both primary and specialty care to you and your family.

Our Farmington health services team includes physicians who practice family medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, internal medicine, general surgery, neurology and orthopaedics. Additional specialists are available for consultation at our Northfield facility. The Farmington clinic is also part of the Medical Home Project for children with special health care needs.

We are located one mile west of downtown Farmington, on Highway 50 near Denmark Avenue.

Clinic hours are 7:30 to 6 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, and 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Saturday services: Saturday drop-in care and same-day appointments are available at our Northfield (507-646-1494, Saturday hours are pediatrics only) and Lakeville (952-469-0500, all ages welcome) clinics. Call for more information.

FamilyHealth Medical Clinic–Farmington is owned and operated by Northfield Hospital & Clinics. Cannon Valley Clinic–Mayo Health System provides most physician services. This unique partnership allows us to provide personalized, community-based care with the support, expertise and resources of Mayo Health System.
