Jay Charles, PA, a certified family medicine Physician Assistant with more than 20 years of experience, is now seeing patients at FamilyHealth Medical Clinic–Lakeville.
Before coming to FamilyHealth, Jay Charles was with Quello Clinic in Burnsville. He is a graduate of the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, and the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa.
His special interests include the areas of pediatrics, chronic diseases and men’s health.
