System-wide electronic medical records make it easy to move between our clinics for care.
Primary physician services and some specialty services at FamilyHealth Medical Clinic are provided by Mayo Clinic Health System. Additional specialty services are provided by other premier providers. These partnerships allow us to combine the personalized, community-based care assocated with Northfield Hospital with the expertise, experience and resources of these highly regarded providers.
We accept all major health insurance plans. If referral to more specialized care becomes necessary, we will honor your preferences and insurance requirements.
